Mr. Goldberg, what is the specialty of your law office?
I have devoted my practice to helping accident victims stand up to insurance companies through meticulous preparation and direct handling of each case. Clients work directly with me rather than a paralegal or staff personnel. My law practice is exclusively devoted to assisting injured people hurt by the negligent actions of others. I handle all types of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, premises and product liability, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, dog bites, boating and watercraft accidents and wrongful deaths.
The personal injury market is a big one. What is it that sets your practice apart from other law firms?
I love the practice of law and prefer practicing law to managing an office. I do not have a large staff with whom clients are forced to deal. I speak to the clients myself when they call my office rather than have a secretary handle their questions. I do all of the legal work myself including all negotiations and Court appearances with the goal that each client’s case gets the best individual result possible. I’m always aggressively pursuing optimal results for my clients.
